Boulevard – Grant Park

Another beautiful Historic Grant Park renovation and addition by Animus Architecture and Walsh Design! The historic districts always present a fun challenge, especially when doing such an intense makeover. The existing 1,600 sf home was extremely dilapidated, but many of the architectural elements that make it so unique were still intact giving us a great foundation to develop a design for the 1,045 sf second story addition. As typical for this team, the house sold before construction was finished. Builder: Walsh Design, LLC
